This instrument is used to determine the burglary risk of houses and company buildings. The security measures which must be taken, are determined based on the burglary risk. The VRKI plays an important role in designing, installing and maintaining certified security systems. It is possible your insurer requires a BORG certificate as guarantee that the security solution has been installed by a skilled party.

Our employees are in possession of a VCA certificate. VCA stands for Veiligheid, Gezondheid en Milieu Checklist Aannemers (Security, Health, Environment Checklist Contractors). With this certificate, our technical colleagues meet all legislation in the field of security.

We are ISO certified. We believe it is very important to keep this certification. It makes sure with have our internal processes properly in order and have thought about all possible scenarios. As customer, you will certainly notice this.

The Sterkin certificate gives us the authority to connect an alarm centre in your meter cupboard. This is an independent quality mark which recognizes that we install safe installations by issuing this certificate.

Niefra Beveiligingen is a BORG certified security company. This means we can supply a BORG certificate or BORG taking-over certificate with the security solutions we design and install. A BORG certificates concerns the measures which match the risk level of the object, so the security of the whole. A BORG taking-over certificate concerns electronic or structural measures per installation, so the security level of a specific solution, despite the situation. For the coverage of your policy, many insurance companies require the BORG certifications.

Fred van Poelgeest

Fred is the founder of Niefra Beveiligingen. In 1984, the company started with particularly mechanical security. Fred is a fervent advocate of innovation and this is what he strives for in his own company and stimulates his team to keep developing. He is continually looking for the newest innovations and technical novelties to combine with existing techniques. In this way, he is capable to always offer qualitative and high-quality tailored solutions in the field of technical security.

Edith van Poelgeest

Edith van Poelgeest became fellow owner of Niefra Beveiligingen in 2004. Edith is responsible for Marketing, Human Resources and the ISO-certification of the company. As she beautifully phrases it herself, she likes to get involved in everything going on in the company to keep on improving from an internal perspective. Being a social company is also very important to her. She has much contact with the team to timely notice if things are going on and take immediate action.

Maarten-Martijn van Poelgeest

Maarten-Martijn is the next generation active in the company. He is working with Niefra Beveiligingen since 2005 and per 1 January 2020, he has ascended as fellow owner of the company. Maarten-Martijn mainly focuses on sales activities and develops technical solutions for customers with Fred and the technical manager.
